- Bone-in Chicken Thighs
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Minced Garlic
- Lemon Juice

Gather the ingredients for the chicken thighs.
Put chicken in a greased baking dish.
Whisk Olive Oil and spices together in a bowl.

- Broil Pan
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Thighs
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to broil -high. Move the rack to the middle of the oven.
- Grease an 8x8 baking dish. Place chicken thighs in the dish, skin side up.
- In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic
- Brush oil mixture onto chicken. Save some for basting later.
- Broil for 20-25 minutes basting and turning halfway through.
- Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 165°
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving
- Garnish with Parsley.
