    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Peanut Butter Sugar Free if you want them to be keto
    • 1 tbsp. Butter softened
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    • 1 Egg
    • ½ cup Monk Fruit or Sweetener of Choice

    Instructions

    • 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • 2. In a large mixing bowl combine peanut butter, butter, sweetener, egg, and vanilla extract in a bowl; mix well .
    • 3.Scoop dough into 1-inch balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet and press down slightly twice with a fork .
    • 4.Bake for 11-14 minutes until golden brown
    • 5. Cool completely
