- 1 cup Peanut Butter Sugar Free if you want them to be keto
- 1 tbsp. Butter softened
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Monk Fruit or Sweetener of Choice
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine peanut butter, butter, sweetener, egg, and vanilla extract in a bowl; mix well .
3.Scoop dough into 1-inch balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet and press down slightly twice with a fork .
4.Bake for 11-14 minutes until golden brown
5. Cool completely
