Peppermint Fudge Brownies
Brownies have definitely got to be one of my favorite desserts . These are no exception . They are so yummy and Christmassy. They are going to go perfect on my goodie tray along with Easy M&M Christmas Cookies and Cherry Kissmas (Christmas) Cookies . Seems everyone is getting their Christmas decorating and shopping done early this year. I better get on the stick. Ha Ha I have never been a head in my life.
They definitely can , in fact making them several hours a head is a great option. They should be completely cool before frosting.
They will stay fresh at room temperature for 3-4 days in an airtight container.
If kept in freezer in airtight container they will last 3-4 months. Take them out of the freezer in the morning and ready to serve by evening.
These brownies are also great with a scoop of ice cream or a cold glass of milk or cup of coffee.
