These White Chocolate Chip Blondies are so yummy and can be thrown together in no time. They are just a classic blondie recipe with basic pantry staples of flour , brown sugar, oil and eggs. I threw in some white chocolate chips to make them extra yummy .

Brownies are probably one of my favorite desserts, I have shared many Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownies and Easy Chocolate Cherry Brownies are a couple . However, I also love white chocolate . This is a recent obsession as I didn't use to like it . ( dont know why ). So I decided to try making blondies. This is a pretty basic recipe . I added some white chocolate chips . Next time I will probably add nuts as well. They were really good though . They only took about 40 minutes to make and came out perfect . Moist and delicious.

Can they be Frozen-?
Yes I tested them frozen in an airtight container and they came out great . I would guess they would be good 3-6 months in the freezer.

- Vegetable Oil
- Vanilla

- Mixing Bowl, serving bowl , spatula
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1.5 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1//2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and grease an 8x8 pan.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the oil and sugar until no sugar lumps remain.
- Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well

- Pour into your 8x8 pan and bake for 30 minutes
- Cool before removing from pan
