We normally arent big pork eaters in our house. It's usually all about Air Fryer Chicken Thighs (crispy) or Amazing Stuffed Meatloaf. I did however just get a new air fryer so I wanted to try some new recipes. I came across this one over at delish.com added a few spices to make it my own and they were fantastic.

I kept the pork chops low carb friendly only using basic spices and parmesan cheese for coating. Another great option is pork rinds. You can either crush them yourself or buy them pre-crushed, I get them online and love the hot spicy ones. I use them just as I would bread crumbs.

- Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops I used bone -in
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Pre-heat Air Fryer to 375°
- Pat dry pork chops with paper towels
- Brush pork chops on both sides with olive oil
- In a shallow bowl combine parmesan cheese and all spices-stir well
- Dip pork chops in cheese /spice mixture coating well
- Place pork chops in the air fryer basket or tray and cook at 375° for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through. -Internal temperature should reach 160°
