These Easy Fried Apples are delicious and so easy to make. So grab a cast-iron skillet or frying pan of choice. You will need granny smith apples, butter, cinnamon, white sugar, and brown sugar. The sugar makes a delicious sticky glaze.

    Apples in a Bowl

These fried apples are delicious. Whether you are having them as a side dish with some great comfort food like Amazing Stuffed Meatloaf or as a dessert you will love them. Apple season is just around the corner. It seems as though summer has flown. Soon the kids will be back to school and fall will be upon us. Don't get me wrong, I'm in no hurry. Summer is my favorite season and I'm all about Fresh Made Strawberry Lemonade and Rootbeer Float Pie, however, mother nature does as she pleases.

    Fried Apples in Bowl

These fried apples only take about 15 minutes to make and are done right on top of the stove. You will love this side of tart but sweet yumminess. The granny smith apples have that tart flavor but the cinnamon sugar glaze is so sweet and sticky -yum! They are also great on top of pancakes or waffles or with a scoop of ice cream on top.
