Brown Sugar Honey Roasted Carrots
Great Holiday Side Dish -
Add these delicious carrots to your holiday menu. Along with Extra Creamy Instant Pot Mac and Cheese , Loaded Mashed Potato Bake and maybe some Strawberry Fluff Salad. You will be the hostess with the mostess for sure. I'm normally not a cooked carrot fan but these are sweet with a little tang -so good.
How to Make Brown Sugar Honey Roasted Carrots :
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
- Carrots (Baby Carrots work great )
- Olive Oil
- Butter
- Salt and Pepper
- Brown Sugar
- Honey
- Italian Seasoning
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Minced Garlic
Can Carrots Be Reheated?
They absolutely can. Just add a little butter and cover with foil and put back in the oven. They also can be microwaved ,however will probably not stay quite as crisp.

- OVEN
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Baby Carrots Washed and trimmed if necessary
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
Instructions
- Pre-Heat Oven to 400°
- Wash, dry and trim carrots as necessary
- Toss carrots with oil and salt and pepper to taste -spread in a single layer on a baking sheet
- In a sauce pan combine brown sugar, butter, honey, Italian seasoning , balsamic vinegar and garlic . Stir over medium high heat until melted and begins to boil. Remove from heat and pour over the carrots.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until tender . Serve hot
Tip -Line baking sheet with foil for easy clean up.
