Soft Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies are the perfect fall snack. Whether you are taking them to a pot luck or serving them to the kids after school with milk , you are sure to be a hit.
Soft Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are the perfect fall cookie , soft and full of chocolate chips. They definitely will be giving my Pumpkin White Chocolate Chip Cookies some competition . The pumpkin puree makes them extra moist. Although they were great just as is golden brown with a hint of pumpkin spice. I think next time I make them I will try adding walnuts or pecans for a little extra crunch.
Do you have a favorite cookie ? If you are not a fan of pumpkin , you may prefer Soft Oatmeal Raisin Cookies or the awesome Easy Caramel Apple Pie Cookies that I recently shared . They were the bomb for sure .
