This Easy to Make Antipasto Salad is quick to throw together. Whether you need something for a dish to pass or just a quick family side to have with pizza. This is a great choice and will be loved by all.
Easy Antipasto Salad
Throwing this salad together is so easy. I used leaf lettuce and iceberg lettuce. However, romaine lettuce would also be a great option. Topped with ham, pepperoni, provolone, and mozzarella cheese. I also added cherry tomatoes, green and black olives, red onions, pepperoncini peppers, and chunky croutons. Top with your choice of salad dressing, (I used creamy Italian ) . You have a great meal for 2-3 people or an appetizer for 6-8. Add my All Star Buffalo Chicken Wings and One Weight Watcher Point Mozzarella Sticks you will have a great variety for an appetizer sampler.
I just love different salads, especially in the summer. Be on the lookout for the chef salad that I am working on. Also, try my delicious Chicken Apple Pecan Salad or How to Make a Classic Wedge Salad.
