This Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing is delicious . It is perfect for all those up coming spring and summer salads. With Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, a little mayo , mustard and spices . You are sure to love it.

I love making my own dressings , it makes it easy to control what is going in them. This dressing is creamy , however it has tang from the balsamic vinegar. It goes great with Chicken Apple Pecan Salad or Easy Antipasto Salad. I soon will be posting a steak salad and they were the perfect pairing.
What is Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing?
A Basic Vinaigrette Dressing is made with Oil and Vinegar. However, this takes on a little bit more of a creamy texture by adding a little bit of mayonnaise and Dijon Mustard. This recipe does call for a little bit of sugar. If you are trying to eliminate carbs from your diet, feel free to leave it out or use a sugar substitute.
