Sheet Pan Chicken Nachos are great for an appetizer, lunch or even dinner. Chicken, beans, cheese, and jalapenos all on tortilla chips. Making these nachos all on a sheet pan makes them easy to throw together when you are in a hurry.
Sheet Pan Chicken Nachos
Are you like me and love appetizers for meals? This chicken nacho recipe is so easy because it just gets thrown on a sheet pan. A while back we shared Easy Sheet Pan Fajitas people love these meals because they are quick and don't make a big mess. If you like nachos but would prefer beef over chicken, Copy Cat Nacho Bell Grande are also great.
The recipe for these nachos came from a small magazine sent out by Kroger. All of the ingredients can be found at https://www.kroger.com/. If you are like me or like most people, you are probably getting your groceries delivered at this point? If not probably using click list or some other curbside pick up. Praying daily that things will get back to normal before long. That we will all be able to go to grocery stores again. My grandchildren and kids will be able to come over to visit or go to a playground and play.
