- 1 Pie Crust Store Bought
- 1 large Egg Slightly Beaten
- ½ cup Light Corn Syrup
- ⅓ cup Light Brown Sugar packed well
- 1 tablespoon Butter unsalted (melted)
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- Pre-Heat Oven to 350°
- Roll out pie crust onto lightly floured surface.
- Using a 2 inch round cookie cutter or a glass. Cut out 24 circles
- Stretch the dough a little and place into mini muffin tin.
- Place dough in refrigerator well making the filling.
