Steak and Chicken Kabobs are always a quick fun meal to make on the grill. Whether you are a steak or a chicken eater, you are gonna love them. When you add mushrooms, onions, and green pepper they are even better.

These kabobs were made on our Traeger Smoker http://www.traegergrills.com/ ‎ ‎  . When my husband gave away my gas grill, I was not happy. He said I would love his new smoker and I definitely had my doubts. Turns out I love it. In the past, I shared Tender Barbecue Pork Ribs Instant Pot /Grill they were really good as well. Kabobs are fun because you can put just about anything on them.

    Steak and Chicken Kabobs

For these, I used steak and chicken in a simple marinade, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Some use zucchini, or yellow squash or cherry tomatoes as well.

[…] It seems as though summer has finally arrived here in Ohio. At least I hope it has. What a strange cold spring we had this year. With all the craziness in the world right now, welcoming in summer has been great. We finally have the pool open. Hoping to have all the kids and grandkids over for a July 4th celebration. These strawberries are going to be great. They are delicious and so easy to make. All you need to do is dip fresh strawberries in colored white chocolate. In addition, I hope to serve Spring Deviled Eggs and maybe Steak and Chicken Kabobs. […]
