This Sugar-Free Strawberry Sauce is so easy to make.  It is great for ice cream topping, on top of a cheesecake or pancakes. The sauce is fresh strawberries, monk fruit (or sweetener of choice), lemon juice, and a little vanilla extract (optional). You will love it.

This strawberry sauce would be great on Low Carb -Keto  Instant Pot Cheesecake. I am definitely taking full advantage of strawberry season. Did you try Strawberry Fluff Salad or yummy Strawberry Dole Whip?

There is nothing quite like homemade strawberry sauce (topping). I chose to make a sugar-free version using monk fruit. However, it is also great made with real sugar if that is your preference. There are so many options that you can use this sauce on. It is delicious on cheesecake, ice cream, pancakes, or in a milkshake or smoothie. With just 4 ingredients you can't go wrong.
