Making these Red Velvet Valentine Waffles was so easy. Using a boxed cake mix makes them quick even on a school day. Whether you make them for your valentine or for the kids before school, you are sure to be a hit.

Red Velvet Valentines Waffles
Anyone that follows me, knows I'm all about any shortcuts I can make. I've shared other quick and easy breakfasts like Super Easy Cheese Danish and Breakfast Egg Bacon Muffins. This one is quick and easy as well, just mix up the cake mix and put it in the waffle iron. 10-15 minutes and breakfast is on the table.
This year is going by so quickly, it is hard to believe that Valentine's Day is less than 2 weeks away. Followed by St. Patricks Day and before we know it, Easter. We have been very lucky this winter. Little or no snow here in Cincinnati. Hopefully, we make it through February without any.
Won't your family be surprised when they find these Red Velvet Valentines Waffles on the breakfast table? My grandson is going to be excited for sure. You can add some powdered sugar and white chocolate chips or if you like them really sweet, cream cheese frosting or whip cream. If you want to make it a real feast, add eggs and bacon or a fruit cup.

Omg that’s so yum!!!! I’m definitely gonna try it. But I think I would take a lot more than 15 minutes to make it, I am not a great cook🙈
Because you use a cake mix it only takes a few minutes to mix it up. Trust me I'm not a great cook either. Thanks for dropping by.
