Personally, chocolate cake has never been my favorite. I'm more of a white cake person. However, adding the cherries to the devil's food cake was definitely a game-changer. It is so good.
This Dump Cake is perfect for your holiday get-togethers. I will definitely be serving it when we have the kids and grandkids over at Christmas.
The best part about it is that it takes such few ingredients - Just a cake mix, cherry topping, some butter, and a crockpot to cook it in. It is always a good idea to spray food release or use a plastic liner for the crockpot. (Making clean up so much easier)
