These Oreo Bat Halloween Cupcakes are just adorable and fun to make. The kids will love to help make these bat cupcakes with Oreo wings and M&M eyes.
Oreo Bat Halloween Cupcakes
With fall creeping in here in Cincinnati, I'm closing down my pool and getting ready for daily PUMPKIN SPICE LATTEs haha. Halloween is just a little over a month away. I will be sure to get some pumpkins so I can have the grandkids over to carve them. Of course, we will have to make Halloween snacks as well. I think these Bat cupcakes are going to be a huge hit. They will have so much fun making them. If you are thinking of making them all you will need is a boxed cake mix and ingredients to make it, regular Oreos, mini Oreos, M&M's, and a can of frosting. I will probably do a couple of other options as well maybe the Halloween Monster Cake or Frankenstein Rice Krispy Treats! and of course, something to drink my famous WITCHES BREW KID FRIENDLY HALLOWEEN PUNCH.

- Split all Oreos as carefully as possible so you don't break them. Place M&Ms on the cream side of the mini Oreos to make eyes and then use frosting to place them onto regular sized Oreos . Break a mini Oreo circle in half and use frosting to place them as ears. Press the bat "face" into your cupcake and then break a regular Oreo cookie in half to make wings and press them into the frosting
- I used different color M&M's for the eyes but you can do all one color if you prefer
- I took extra Oreos and put them in a baggies and crushed them. I then sprinkled on the cupcakes.
- You can add your own touches to make them your own
