Halloween Monster Cake
With Halloween coming next month I am not sure if the grand kids are going to be able to trick or treat or not. With strict regulations still in place here in Ohio , we are not sure yet. Therefore, it is my plan to have a party just in case. I am planning to make this fun cake . In addition, I will probably make WITCHES BREW KID FRIENDLY HALLOWEEN PUNCH and maybe Frankenstein Rice Krispy Treats! It is always so much fun to see the costumes that they pick out .
Witches Brew
There is something so fun about a bundt cake. It can take an ordinary cake and make it just a little bit fancy. When I made this cake , I kept it as simple as I possibly could. I used a cake mix , divided it into 3 bowls and used food coloring to give the cake a multi-color effect when you cut it. Using Gel food coloring definitely works the best. In addition I bought canned frosting and colored it green , again with gel color. If you are feeling more creative or energetic , whichever applies ha ha, you could make your favorite homemade frosting. For that matter of course you could make your cake from scratch as well. However I usually take the short cut route .
