These Easy Snowman Cupcakes are so cute. With Buttercream Frosting and some candy, chocolate chips, decorative sugar, and coconut. They are not only delicious but so much fun to make.
Everyone knows I'm all about easy. If you keep cake mixes on hand, you can grab one and make some cupcakes anytime. They are quick and easy and people - especially kids love them. Did you like the Candy Cane Cupcakes or the Apple Pie Cupcakes that I've shared?
These adorable cupcakes would be great not only for a holiday party but would also work great for a birthday party in the winter. You could even use them with a Frozen themed party. Do you want to build a snowman?
To make these Easy Snowman Cupcakes I used a white cake mix because that is my personal favorite. What is your favorite flavor of cake? I used homemade vanilla buttercream frosting, however, not necessary if you wanted to use store-bought frosting - no one would know.
To decorate the cupcakes I used mini chocolate chips, m&ms, sugar, and shredded coconut. Also food coloring, red, green and blue or colors of your choice. (For making ski caps, hats)
