Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1.5 cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1//2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and grease an 8x8 pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the oil and sugar until no sugar lumps remain.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well

  • Stir in White Chocolate Chips
  • Pour into your 8x8 pan and bake for 30 minutes
  • Cool before removing from pan
