- 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1.5 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1//2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and grease an 8x8 pan.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the oil and sugar until no sugar lumps remain.
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well

Pour into your 8x8 pan and bake for 30 minutes
Cool before removing from pan
