Instructions
Husk and Clean Corn
Grill Corn til Slightly Charred (I used Butter)
Slather with Mayonaise
Sprinkle or Roll in Cheese
Shake Cilantro and Chili Powder on Corn
Salt, Pepper,and Butter to taste
Serve with Optional Lime Wedges and margarita of choice (ha ha)
