- 6-8 Frozen Fish Fillets I used Vandkamps
- 1 Bag Coleslaw Mix
- ½ Cup Mayonaisse
- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- ½ Cup Diced Red Onion
- ½ Cup Diced Cilantro
- ¼ Cup Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 2 Diced Jalapenos -fresh or ¼ cup pickled
- Tortillas
Optional Toppings
- Cheddar Cheese
- Guacamole or Avocados
- Diced Tomatoes
- Sour Cream
- Green Onion
- Lettuce
- Salsa
Spicy Slaw
In a food processor combine mayo, sour cream, red onion, jalapenos (diced) lime juice, cilantro, garlic, and paprika-pulse until well blended
Dump slaw mix into a mixing bowl add dressing mixture and combine well
Scoop Slaw on to warm tortilla - add fish, cheese and desired toppings
