Fresh oranges, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and other fresh ingredients make these great breakfast muffins.

Ingredients
1 ¾cupsAll-Purpose Flour
1tsp.Baking Soda
½teaspoonSalt
1Egg
½cupSugar
½cupMilk
⅓cupMelted Butter
1cupSemi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375°
In a large mixing bowl, sift flour, baking soda, and salt together. Set aside.
Next, take 1 orange cut in half and juice. Reserve the juice.
Peel the other orange and cut it into chunks
In a separate bowl, combine egg, sugar, milk, orange pieces, orange juice, and melted butter. With a hand mixer or whisk, mix until well combined.
Mix wet ingredients into the dry.
Gently fold chocolate chips into the batter.
Scoop the batter into paper- lined or silicone muffin pan. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until tooth pick comes out dry when inserted into middle of muffin.
