  • Immersion Blender
  • Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 tbsp. Mayo
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • t tbsp. Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a food processor or in a pitcher and use an immersion blender to blend well.
  • Best if refrigerated for 30-60 minutes before serving , however can be used immediately
