- 1 cup Olive Oil
- ⅓ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp. Mayo
- 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- t tbsp. Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Put all ingredients in a food processor or in a pitcher and use an immersion blender to blend well.
Best if refrigerated for 30-60 minutes before serving , however can be used immediately
