  • OVEN


  • 2 Pounds Baby Carrots Washed and trimmed if necessary
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic


  • Pre-Heat Oven to 400°
  • Wash, dry and trim carrots as necessary
  • Toss carrots with oil and salt and pepper to taste -spread in a single layer on a baking sheet
  • In a sauce pan combine brown sugar, butter, honey, Italian seasoning , balsamic vinegar and garlic . Stir over medium high heat until melted and begins to boil. Remove from heat and pour over the carrots.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes until tender . Serve hot
