2PoundsBaby CarrotsWashed and trimmed if necessary
2Tablespoons Olive Oil
4TablespoonsButter
2TablespoonsHoney
2TablespoonsBrown Sugar
2teaspoonsItalian Seasoning
1TablespoonBalsamic Vinegar
1TablespoonMinced Garlic
Instructions
Pre-Heat Oven to 400°
Wash, dry and trim carrots as necessary
Toss carrots with oil and salt and pepper to taste -spread in a single layer on a baking sheet
In a sauce pan combine brown sugar, butter, honey, Italian seasoning , balsamic vinegar and garlic . Stir over medium high heat until melted and begins to boil. Remove from heat and pour over the carrots.
