  • Cutting board, knife, large mixing bowl, tongs


  • 1 bunch leaf lettuce or romaine
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 8 oz chopped ham
  • 8 oz pepperoni
  • 8 oz provolone cheese sliced
  • ½ cup black olives
  • ½ cup green olives
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ medium red onion sliced
  • 15-20 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 6-8 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 cup dressing of choice I used Creamy Italian on the side


  • Chop leaf lettuce and iceberg lettuce (wash and dry before chopping) add lettuce to a large bowl
  • add Chopped Ham and Pepperoni
  • Slice provolone cheese  and red onions
  • Drain olives
  • Wash and dry cherry tomatoes
  • Add pepperoni, ham, and  provolone cheese around edges  of the bowl
  • Fill in with olives tomatoes and croutons
  • Place mozzarella in the center of the salad, top with red onion and cherry tomato.
