1boxWhite Cake Mix
½cupVegetable Oil
4Egg Whites
1 ¼cups Water
Red Food Coloring
Blue Food Coloring
Butter Cream Frosting
1cupButterSoft
3cupsConfectioners Sugar
1teaspoonVanilla Extract
2-3tablespoonWhipping Cream
Instructions
Pre-Heat Oven to 350°
Mix Cake Mix According to Directions
Divide into 3 Dishes and Color One Red,One Blue and Leave One white
Layer in Cupcake Liners
Bake as Directed on Box
Cool
Butter Cream Frosting
1. In a standing mixer fitted with a whisk, mix the butter on low speed smooth. Slowly add sugar and mix until well blended and then increase speed to medium and beat for another 3 minutes.
2 Add vanilla and cream and continue to beat on medium speed for 1 minute more, adding more cream if needed for spreading consistency.
3. Divide Frosting into 3 Dishes -Color 1 Blue, 1 Red and Leave one White
4. Using Pastry Bag and Star Tip -Decorate, Alternating Color of Stars
