  • 2 cups washed sliced fresh strawberries
  • cup monk fruit or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • In a medium saucepan, stir together strawberries and monk fruit
  • Add lemon juice and vanilla ,bring to boil
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes
  • Cool and store in an airtight container .-
  • Serve on your favorite dessert or breakfast items
