Spring Deviled Eggs

  • Stove, Sauce pan, mixer, pastry bag

Ingredients

  • 12 Eggs
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • paprika to taste
  • egg color

Instructions

  • Boil eggs approximately - 10 minutes -cool
  • Peel cooled eggs -cut length wise
  • Put yokes in a separate bowl
  • Put egg whites in egg color until desired color
  • Add mayo and mustard to yokes -mash with a potato masher or fork
  • Mix with an electric mixer if an extra smooth texture is desired
  • Use pastry bag and fill eggs
  • Garnish with paprika
