Eggs

cup
mayo
2
tablespoon
mustard
paprika
to taste
egg color
Instructions
Boil eggs approximately - 10 minutes -cool
Peel cooled eggs -cut length wise
Put yokes in a separate bowl
Put egg whites in egg color until desired color
Add mayo and mustard to yokes -mash with a potato masher or fork
Mix with an electric mixer if an extra smooth texture is desired
Use pastry bag and fill eggs
Garnish with paprika
