  • Mixing Bowl, serving bowl , spatula


  • ! Box Cake Mix I used White
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • Cup Vegetable Oil Or as directed on box
  • ½ Cup Water Or as directed on box

Butter Cream Frosting

  • 1.5 Cups Butter
  • 4 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Cup Whipping Cream


  • 6 large Marshmallows Cut In Half Diagonally
  • Pink Sanding Sugar
  • 24 Eyes
  • Pink Heart Sprinkles for Mouth
  • Brown Jimmies (sprinkles) for Whiskers


  • Pre-heat oven and bake cupcakes as directed on box -cool

Butter Cream Frosting

  • Beat butter with hand mixer or stand mixer on low until creamy (2-3 minutes)
  • Slowly add powdered sugar ½ cup at a time on medium speed
  • Mix in cream and Vanilla Extract
  • Pipe Frosting on to Cup Cake Making Bunny Head

Ears nose and mouth

  • Cut large marshmallows diagonally and dip sticky center in pink sanding sugar Stick into icing for ears
  • Add Eyes , I used pink heart shaped sprinkles for the mouth and brown jimmies for whiskers
