- 2-3 lbs Chicken Wings Fresh or frozen
- 1 14 oz Can Chicken Broth
Dry Rub
- ¼ Cup Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Red Pepper or Chili Powder more or less to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 Cup Franks Hot Sauce
- ½ Cup Italian Salad Dressing
- ¼ Cup Melted Butter
Condiments
- Ranch or Bleu Cheese Optional for Garnish
- Celery Optional for Garnish
In a bowl or in storage bag blend together paprika, red pepper, black pepper, and garlic powder- coat wings with rub
Add broth to pressure cooker -add wings
Close and seal lid -
Cook on manual high pressure for 10 minutes -add 5 minutes if frozen - quick release
Well wings are cooking - whisk together hot sauce, Italian dressing, and melted butter
Coat wings in sauce
Serve with optional celery, ranch or bleu cheese
