Ingredients
3lbsRed potatoes or potatoes of choice
1CupChicken Broth Vegetable Broth or Water can be used
1Stick Butter Cubed - plus additional for garnish
3clovesminced garlic
¾CupSour CreamGreek Yogurt can be used
⅓teaspoonsaltor to taste
½tsp black pepperor to taste
½cupmilk warm to avoid lumps
Instructions
Chop potatoes into equal-sized squares for consistent cooking - add to slow cooker /crockpot -add butter to the top, add minced garlic, pour chicken broth over everything - cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours until soft
Mash with hand masher or electric mixer (I did both)
Stir in sour cream, warm milk, salt and pepper to taste
