Ingredients

  • 1 28 oz Can Tomatillos or fresh
  • 3-4 Jalapenos fresh
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ medium Red Onion
  • ½ cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Chop Red Onion , Jalapenos (cut keep ends off, keep seeds ) and Tomato in quarters
  • Add all vegetables and seasonings to a food processor - pulse 4-5 or until desired consistency.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour -serve cold
