- 1 28 oz Can Tomatillos or fresh
- 3-4 Jalapenos fresh
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- ½ medium Red Onion
- ½ cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Chop Red Onion , Jalapenos (cut keep ends off, keep seeds ) and Tomato in quarters
Add all vegetables and seasonings to a food processor - pulse 4-5 or until desired consistency.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour -serve cold
