- 2-3 cups Cooked Chicken Shredded or diced
- 6 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Celery Diced
- 1 cup Carrots Diced
- ½ large Onion Diced
- 2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 2 whole Bay Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- 2 cups Rice after cooking
Dice Chicken and throw in slow cooker
Add vegetables and spices to crockpot
Pour chicken broth over top
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours
I cook rice separately and add at end. However, if you want to cook in soup, add into soup the last hour.
