How to Make Red ,White and Blue, Chocolate Covered Oreos
Oreo Cookies dipped in colored chocolate ,decorated with sprinkles and sugar

Ingredients
- 16 Oreos
- 1 bag Red Candy Melts
- 1 bag White Candy Melts
- 1 bag Blue Candy melts
- Sprinkles
- Sanding Sugar
Instructions
- Gather cookies and Melting Candies
- Put melting candies in microwaveable bowls (or can be melted in a double boiler) .
- Melt Candy Melts in microwave according to the directions . Stir often so not to let it harden. Using a fork dip Oreos in desired color shake off excess chocolate and decorate, Add sprinkles or sugar well chocolate is still wet . For striped Oreo , dip in white and allow to dry, then one third in red and allow to dry ,repeat with blue on the other side.
- Lay on parchment paper to dry , trim any excess chocolate.
