Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 1 White or Yellow Onion Diced
  • 1 Green Pepper Diced
  • 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 can Mushrooms Optional Fresh
  • 3 cans (14 oz.) Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can (7 oz.) Tomato Paste
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Red Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Crumble ground beef into Dutch Oven or pan, brown over medium heat (5-7 minutes)
  • When ground beef is brown add onions, green peppers and garlic , saut'e until veggies soften
  • Add Sauces and whisk in paste , pour in drained mushrooms
  • Next add all of the spices and stir well
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes stirring frequently. Serve on desired pasta
