Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 2 cups Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper

Tomato Glaze

  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. Mustard
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Diced Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Line crock pot with foil -bottom and sides , spray with food release (pam)
  • Mix Ground Beef ,eggs, bread crumbs, seasonings , milk and all but 2 teaspoon of diced onion, mix well using hands

  • In a separate bowl whisk together ingredients for glaze

  • Shape ground beef into oval tightly packed together and put in crockpot
