Chicken Wings
- 2 lbs. Frozen or Fresh Chicken Wings Thawed
- salt and baking powder optional
Honey BBQ Barbeque Sauce
- 1 7oz can Tomato Paste
- ¾ cup Water
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Honey less if you don't like real sweet
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- ! tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Prepare Wings by Drying with Paper Towels and Sprinkle Lightly with Salt and Baking Powder-This is Optional but Helps Crisp the Wings
Pre-Heat Air Fryer to 375° or Wing Setting
Meanwhile in a Small Sauce Pan add Tomato Paste and Whisk in Water , Stir in all Other Ingredients.
Bring To Boil- Reduce Heat and Let Simmer 15-20 Minutes -Brush on Wings
When Air Fryer Is Pre-Heated Place Wings in Single Layer in Basket or Tray ( I use foil and spray with food spray for extra crispness)
Cook for 25-30 Minutes Turning Half Way
Depending On Personal Preference , I Brush Sauce on After First 12 Minutes and Allow Sauce to Cook on - Some Prefer to Sauce When Wings are Done
