- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork or sausage
- 1 onion diced
- ½ cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Italian Sauce
- 2 cans pasta sauce I used hunts garlic and herb
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray
Combine ground beef , ground pork and the rest of ingredients together in a mixing bowl
Form meatballs with hands or spoons and place in crockpot
Whisk together sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs
Pour over meatballs cook on high for 4 hrs or low 6-8 hrs
Serve on pasta or in a sub roll
