Ingredients

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Butter-Softened
  • 1 ½ cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Raisins
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 375°
  • In a stand mixer or in mixing bowl with a hand mixer combine butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla
    beat until light and fluffy-Add Sour Cream
  • In separate bowl whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda
  • Slowly mix into sugar mixture - blend in raisins
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart, bake 10-12 minutes
    Cool on wire racks
  • Shake in or sprinkle powdered sugar
  • Enjoy
