Shredded Chicken in gravy ladled over store-bought biscuits

- 1.5 lbs Chicken I use a mix of breast and thighs
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 2 tbsps Corn Starch
- ¼ cup Coldwater
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoon Parsley Flakes
- 1 tube Biscuits
Put the trivet in the instant pot, pour chicken broth in the pot, add chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper -close and seal lid
Cook on manual pressure for 20 minutes - (if frozen add 5 minutes to cooking time)
Bake biscuits according to directions on the package
Do a natural release for 10 minutes - manually release any additional pressure
Remove chicken shred or chop -set aside
In a small bowl whisk corn starch into cold water - Turn instant pot on saute - whisk thickener into chicken broth Add chicken back to the pot
Ladle over biscuits -garnish with parsley
