OVEN
- 1 can (29 oz) Yams
- ⅓ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Chopped Pecans
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease the inside of an 8x8-inch baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
Place yams into a large mixing bowl and mash.
Add brown sugar, syrup butter, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract. Stir well,
Spread the sweet potato mixture into an even layer in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with pecans and top with marshmallows.
Bake for 20 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted golden brown. Allow to set 5-10 minutes and serve well warm.
